Arrigoni Art Studio is committed to ensuring the 100% satisfaction of our standard products! Once you’ve received your order, you have seven (7) days to decide whether or not you’d like to keep the item or return it for a full refund. Please note however, that we do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges.
You may return any eligible product (i.e. products that are not one of the items, listed below), provided that the product is returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

How to Return Undamaged Products
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your item delivery date, please email sales@arrigoni.com and give us your Order Information and the reason for wanting to return the item. We will respond with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) to include in your shipment and a Return Shipping Address.
Step 2 – Repackage the item using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the item back to us. Please be careful with the re-packaging as you will be responsible for the item arriving at our location in good condition.
Step 3 – Email sales@arrigoni.com when you are ready ship the item. Please include the name of the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) and the tracking number in the email. Also include the RMA number that we sent you.
